He has achieved project to meet Singapore Green Mark requirements as well as high standard of Building & Construction Authority (BCA) 's construction quality standard (CONQUAS) .
Changi City Point is a shopping mall located in the vicinity of Changi Business Park Singapore which is less than 10 minutes driving distance from Changi Airport. There is also a landscaped themed rooftop garden together with a wet and dry playground on the topmost floor on level 3.

The building is located at one of the main thoroughfares and shopping areas in the city centre of Sheffield.
