AUDRIS WONG is a competent and highly motivated Commercial Director in UK Office, who has extensive commercial experience in Building Cost Planning & Budget Control. Audris has primarily gained her experience from major UK infrastructure projects but also has experience of the UK property sector and working in Malaysia. She displays excellent business and technical skills with key attributes including a comprehensive knowledge of the NEC 3 suite of contracts, target cost negotiation, post-contract administration including change control and cost reporting and project financial close out.

DKJ PATRICK is currently appointed by Blueprint CAD+ from Singapore as Design Principal / Project Director. He has over 20 years of experience in “Attractive Destination Design” and Architectural Design & Build industries from as early as master planning to later stage of construction to final completion.

Prior entering into Destination Design industry, Patrick has owned extensive experience in architecture and building technology & envelope ranging from residential design, prefabricated architecture & construction to large scale projects including mixed used development and leisure complex.

The intensive technical background and knowledge have given him the greatest advantage back in design fields, which is not merely creative with “wow!” effect, but also with consideration of technical and buildability aspects during the early project stage.

In addition, with his art talent since young, Patrick also loves to use hand sketch and illustration to present his creative idea and imagination, which making connections between visible and invisible and so to his audience.

Through leading on various international projects, Patrick has understood cultural diversity and successfully learnt and delivered the design needs of different cultures in different projects around the world.

In modern days, a good product design requires right resources including Technology and Human Intelligence. For Technology, apart from the incredible software for producing the designs & drawings, we also have our in-house filing and data management system including our data library, the use of structured, consistent and understandable naming are essential in order to make our digital information are to be communicated and shared digitally from time to time. This has enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness by improving the accuracy, time, cost and management.
For Human Intelligence, we have assembly a team of internationally experienced entertainment design professionals from the fields of Architecture, Characters & Product Design, Show Performance, Graphics and Illustration where their passions, experience and knowledge are essential in every design stages.With combination of Technology & Human Intelligence, the studio is leading by our Design Principal to ensure multi-disciplinary design team are working, sharing and learning together to achieve design solutions that are always customised, creative and innovative.

Creative ideas are boundlessness and everyone has their own wild dreams or ideas! However, being a good design team, while we require wild and free imagination for creative ideas, team synchronization is also essential to ensure every different aspect of design are produced according to the same direction and goals! This is the reason why we have so-called our internal reviewing boards around our studio.
As beginning of a new project, we always start with brainstorming within a team of designers to welcome all creative ideas in a free-thinking environment, and finally leading to the same big picture of what to be achieved as a team. All the rough ideas and hand sketches from the beginning to later part of updates, review and revise are displayed on our reviewing board to ensure work synchronisation among the team including graphics, creatives, technical and 3D modelling. Hence, the reviewing process will allow us to find design solutions by getting earlier feedback from our workshop to further improve our design on both aspects of creative and technical.
We are always learning, sharing, improving and working as a team to achieve the goals of clients with satisfaction.

While digital modelling is essential for building information studying, visual mock up is on the other hand to convert creative design into reality physical model to establish artist direction as well as the artworks quality control such as lighting and other special effects. In addition, not all digital 3D modelling can perfectly interpret reality artwork effects, hence, through a visual mock up, design imperfection and grey area from creative designs stage can be defined, established and further detailing and providing solutions. Furthermore, through the process of making a physical model, it also helps to establish artwork process and skill sets requirement to realise the desire effects, prior moving into next step of making actual benchmark model onsite. Apart from the above, with combination of visual mock up and 3D scanning technology, we are able to simulate the experience in virtual environment through virtual technology such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR).In summary, our workshop is a meeting point to connect our design studio & R&D workshop which making a tie up of creative design + reality + buildability.

Sometimes creative can be interpreted as 'new', thus there is always necessary to find design solutions to meeting art & safety requirement, suitable materials that may require tailor made, or even the special installation methods for newly invented product. Hence, we do set up our R&D workshop for invention of new construction material and technology, where we are able to do our own testing on the effects and possibilities of achieving our design intent.
After achievement of design intent, we will continue with performance mock up to ensure our design is buildable, as well as going through simulation of worst case scenario such as water test, fire test, smoke and toxicity test to ensure safety precaution are meeting local statutory requirement.
All the testing process, standard and requirement will be well documented so that more prototypes are created to achieve new level of product quality. In addition, when moving to actual construction, we are able to work closely with production factory or manufacturer to ensure set standards are followed, and QA/QC assurance is met.
