Our teams are working directly with client on concept design. This design scheme is called as TWIN, comprising of 2 mirror detached houses belong to a same client. Its unique design made our client has no hesitation to build it twice into a same land, which will soon become a double land mark building among the others.
Our design team has smoothly combined classic Europe styles into modern building functionalities and yet, its specialty is not ended here. Our design team has also closely study the natural ventilation from all directions through surrounding buildings to TWIN and itself not to over blocking each other.

Our teams are working directly with client on concept design. We are proud of having been selected by our client from the competitive market, to work out the feasibility study, and deliver the concept design package.
This detached house development is located in Iskandar Malaysia master-plan, a strategic location for international expats who are working in Singapore and living in Malaysia.
Meeting our client's outlines are the keys of succession for our design team. This house has been designed as OPEN concept to receive maximum landscape and greenery, concurrently providing FEELS of living in TROPICAL resort.
