Our teams are working directly with client on master planning, concept design, schematic design and detail design. This is one of the attraction, which is to allow guests to reconnecting with nature through experiential connections such as sports and recreational activities in green environments, on the other hand, functioning as a treatment for the global environmental crisis.
Apart from that, several activities are designed to be integrated while making full use of canopy walk and climb to be nature shading against sunlight for beneath activities.

We are proudly engaged by a UK leisure and tourism attraction developer to be their design and project lead consultant. Our tasks are master planning the overall site for the coming 10 years of woodlands wildlife and nature protection and management, and concurrently adding in reasonable facilities to ensure local authority policies and goals are achieved.

Creatively inspired by zoological park and ride equipment ever created to entertain visitors for different experience. However, it is now used for more guests and wildlife interactive. With customised design of ride / tool / equipment, our guests are able to exercise different wildlife to maintain their health and natural behaviour while it is beyond the only feeding activities or animals shows inside the Zoo.
Our team has worked closely with zoological and animals expert, and directly with our client and investors, while developing the masterplan and full stages design to obtain the right land from local land department and submitted the planning proposal for approval.
This scheme has also included hotels, natural reservation, conservatories, outdoor wildlife, show performance, educational buildings etc. to the land size of approximately 378 ha.

Inspired by London's ethnical diversity, the concept of "London ‘XD’ World" is proposed, under the theme of “COME TO LONDON COME TO WORLD, A LINE TO KNOW EACH OTHER MORE”.
We intend to create a Line (the Low Line) that is able to achieve what the Old British adventurers have achieved, exploring new places, obtaining valuable knowledge, bringing people together, and eventually contributing to the development of society.
The whole journey consists of ‘creative & innovative features and setup’ of countries around the world: from historical and cultural related display, authentic traditional cuisines, natural landscaping, to themed entertainments.
Gathering the best and the originals from the world, of the past, present and future, the Line will be today’s top new destination in the world, of which a one-stop destination that actually “consists the world”. Because no matter where we are from, there is always a part of us that we share the same. Whether it is history, culture, art, food or values, we would like to celebrate our great tolerance and heterogeneity. Proposed national heritage redevelopment scheme with themed hotel, leisure and educational activities new venue to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Singapore.

Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore, owned by the Las Vegas Sands corporation. The resort includes a 2,561-room hotel, a 120,000 m2 convention-exhibition centre, the 74,000 m2.
The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands mall, a museum, a large theatre, two floating Crystal Pavilions, art-science exhibits, and the world's largest atrium casino with 500 tables and 1,600 slot machines.
The complex is topped by a 340 m2 SkyPark with a capacity of 3,900 people and a 150 m infinity swimming pool, set on top of the world's largest public cantilevered platform, which overhangs the north tower by 67 m.
