Our teams are working directly with Client for master planning and concept design to improve existing layout and circulation, as well as the interior and facade theming with story driven to enhance overall visitor experience during their time in the mall, as well as drawing visitor attention to extend their stay to the beach site just opposite the mall.
Apart from its incredible seafront view, this Beletime mall with 70,000m2 of retail space is located very strategic location, which is about 5 minutes drive from the causeway connecting Johor - Singapore.

Marina One is a mixed-use development, which consists of business centre, office and residential towers, located in Marina South, Singapore. It is designed with concept of "city in garden" with an estimation of net floor area of 140,000 square feet retail podium in the centre of Marina One.

268 Orchard road

The ‘268 Orchard Road’ is a grade A shopping centre where the building design is full with double glazed units, structural extruded stainless steel SS 315LN mullions with tension cable.
Its envisioned to be 'jewel' of Orchard has made it stand-out amidst its less daring counterparts along Orchard Road.

Our Design Principal in collaboration with entertainment specialty consultants to focus on master-planning the phase 2 developments including extension of outlets.
Johor Premium Outlets is a collection of 130 designer and name brand outlet stores. It serves as a hub between Resorts World Genting and Resorts World Sentosa in Singaporeo. Johor Premium Outlets is located at the intersection of the North-South Expressway and the Second Link Expressway.

Changi City Point is a shopping mall located in the vicinity of Changi Business Park Singapore which is less than 10 minutes driving distance from Changi Airport.
There is also a landscaped themed rooftop garden together with a wet and dry playground on the topmost floor on level 3.

Our teams are working directly with client from concept to construction completion by providing the design with methods of installation to ensure the buildability of the project.
The project is a new built factory which is located at Tuas Singapore with providing electricity, heating and cooling system to worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL CRUISE TERMINAL

Our Project Director in collaborations with international specialist suppliers to detail develop extensive building envelope, and to design & build with the appointed contractor.
International Cruise Terminal is located at Marina South, Singapore with occupying around 28,000 m2, which is equivalent to three football fields.
The pier and terminal design are up to 360 m in length with a draft of up to 11.5 m (including mooring dolphins of 60 m) and spanning over 120 m, it has the ability to berth ships of up to 220,000 gt. With the terminal's footprint of 120 m by 335 m with terminal space of 28,000 m2, it also features car park and coach bay area about 32,000 m2 with design load of 6,800 passengers

Our Design Principal in collaboration with UK consultants in planning & design of the project.
It is a mixed-development project located in Bingley city center where an existing retail building has been re-orientated to include retail facilities and together with a range of one‑bed apartments, tailored specifically to suit young professionals and first time buyers.
























SHEFFIELD FARGATE

Our Design Principal in collaboration with UK consultants in design & build of the refurbishment project. It has involved most complicate structures to ensure listed building facades are retained and restored properly. Carmel House, at the junction of Fargate and Norfolk Row is an imposing Victorian stone fronted Grade II listed building.
Full planning permission was granted for a comprehensive scheme which involved creating four new modern retail units by demolishing the existing buildings behind the retained façade.
