This is working directly with client / developer on an existing indoor cum outdoor theme park resort. We have continued to extend the parks with combination of multiple attractions as phase 4 and to make it nicely connected to existing park by sharing the same main entrance, hotel and commercial street.
From the point of guest experience, we also plan and design with consideration of the locational extreme weather yet to be integrated within a land of 200mu, and 26 attractions which ranging from children-friendly to teenage extreme, concurrently to support the wide demographic of their visitor profile.

his is working directly with client / developer on an outdoor theme park, which to be integrated with pet and wildlife attractions. It is slightly different from zoo design mythology, which is usually more on visual and walkthrough experience.
However, this project is more moving into guest-animal interactive experience while still maintaining pet and wildlife required habitation, which is a very challenging project as it needs massive creative idea, and technical solutions and design consideration to ensure meeting the environmental friendly and buildable.

Inspired by London's ethnical diversity, the concept of "London ‘XD’ World" is proposed, under the theme of “COME TO LONDON COME TO WORLD, A LINE TO KNOW EACH OTHER MORE”.
We intend to create a Line (the Low Line) that is able to achieve what the Old British adventurers have achieved, exploring new places, obtaining valuable knowledge, bringing people together, and eventually contributing to the development of society.
The whole journey consists of ‘creative & innovative features and setup’ of countries around the world: from historical and cultural related display, authentic traditional cuisines, natural landscaping, to themed entertainments.
Gathering the best and the originals from the world, of the past, present and future, the Line will be today’s top new destination in the world, of which a one-stop destination that actually “consists the world”. Because no matter where we are from, there is always a part of us that we share the same. Whether it is history, culture, art, food or values, we would like to celebrate our great tolerance and heterogeneity. Proposed national heritage redevelopment scheme with themed hotel, leisure and educational activities new venue to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Singapore. Work comprises master-planning, concept design and investigation of heritage site. The project will be working into building information models (BIM) as early as from master-plan & concept design stage to ensure the facility buildings, leisure and entertainment attractions are fully designed, planned and coordinated into drawings.
Beside design development, our team is also engaged by client for the services of art direction and quality control works on the construction site. We assist local project teams to construct our design into reality, and under budget.

Colourful Yunnan Paradise Park is the first large theme park in Kunming, with combination of modern technology and Ancient Dian Culture together.
The park is located in South Huanhu Road, Jinning District, cover more than 600 mu or 115 acres, with half an hour driving distance from Kunming downtown.

Our Design Principal in collaboration with entertainment specialty consultant from master planning to pre-concept design. Splendid China is one of the most comprehensive miniature park, reproducing nearly 100 famous tourist attractions in China and 25 full-scale ethnic villages, which allows guests to have a thorough lesson on the 5,000 years of Chinese history and appreciate beautiful landscapes from throughout the country in one day.

Works involved detail design, specialist design, technical design, shop-drawing / production and construction design, local authority submission to all kinds of compliance, and project & construction managements to the final completion. It has also included Defect Liability Period (DLP) works to ensure everything is functional accordingly.
Hollywood Street in USS is the entrance plaza to Universal Studios Singapore. Universal Studio Hollywood is started in San Fernando Valley as a film studio and theme park. It is one of the oldest and most famous Hollywood film studios still in use. It is after that the first of many full-fledged Universal Studios Theme Parks located across the world.

New York Zone in USS is based on the original New York City during the era of post-modernisation with featuring sidewalks and various landmarks commonly portrayed in movies, such as Hollywood blockbuster films, including the city skyline, neon lights, flanked street facades, and sidewalks.

Sci-fi zone in USS is one of the most visible zone of the park themed to a metropolis of the future with futuristic buildings and a pair of the world's tallest intertwining roller coasters.
