The redevelopment project is to make over existing building due to increase competitive among shopping mall around the region. As the project site is located near to seaside, a concept of ship is designed into a north pole station with eye catching and yet cost effective transformation.

Our teams are working directly with client on reorientation and repositioning of multi-storey car park with creative concept. This is an existing multi-storey car park with a open rooftop terrace, located at a mature town with full amenities such as hotel, supermarket, restaurants and etc. Without having to overturn the building, the full functionality and existing structure are fully re-use effectively and turning it into a family entertainment center that covering from young kids to adult in one roof.

Our teams are working directly with client from positioning, masterplan, concept and further developing into design development. This is a scifi edutainment centre within the lifestyle leisure mall in Harbin, China. it consists of playing and educational elements together serving the needs of all parties from kids of preschool to college students. It also comes with surrounding amenities, where so convenient to reach under same roof without the risk to expose anyone to outside during the extreme climate eg. winter which may reach temperature of -40 degrees. Throughout the design process, revit BIM has been fully applied to have the best space utilisation and planning, as well as the visualisation of guest experience. It has also eliminated all potential construction issues and wastage during the design stages eg design crash control, interfacing and grey areas, material specification while design changed and many more.
